The Tuscan Leather Guild
Our leather goods are formed from 100% vegetable-tanned hides sourced from certified Santa Croce tanneries. Unlike commercial chromium-tanning which relies on toxic heavy chemicals, vegetable tanning uses natural chestnut and mimosa tannins. The result is leather that breathes, maintains structural integrity, and acquires a deep, luminous amber patina with wear.
Japanese Optical Precision
Each optical frame undergoes a 6-month fabrication journey in Fukui, Japan. From cut sheets of Japanese bio-cellulose acetate to high-precision barrel hinges, our frames are balanced down to the millimeter for all-day weightlessness.
Direct-to-Collector Model
By maintaining a lean, static-first catalog and avoiding unnecessary retail markups, we allocate over 70% of our production costs directly into raw materials and artisanal labor.
